Location Highlight – Islands in the sun

Spain is one of the most popular summer destinations because of its’ fantastic weather and great beaches. Some of the country’s best beaches can be found in the stunning Balearic or Canary islands.

We offer Spanish courses in Lanzarote and Tenerife in the Canary Islands or in Palma and Ibiza in the Balearic islands.

If you want to learn Spanish this summer in gorgeous surroundings with sandy beaches and clear blue seas then one of these locations will be a perfect choice!!

Ibiza is most famous for its’ nightlife which is indeed fantastic, but the island has much more to offer, with an historic old town, beautiful countryside, great restaurants and of course those beaches!

So whether you want to party till dawn, enjoy a drink on the shady terraces or soak up some history, you won’t be disappointed!!

The school has a great location in Ibiza town, just a short walk from the impressive marina and the charming old town. The school has air-conditioned classrooms, study library and free internet access for all students.

Palma, is the biggest city on the island of Mallorca, and so there are plenty of things to see and do during your stay.

For those food lovers, Palma offers some great seafood restaurants around the Marina, with its’ huge Yachts – a preferred place of the rich and famous.

The city itself has a magnificent gothic Cathedral and an enchanting old town, and of course the nearest beach is never far away.

Being based in Palma gives students the perfect chance to explore the rest of the island – the undiscovered coves where you can have your own private beach or the vibrant fishing villages where you can try some of the local specialities.

The school is just a 10-minute walk from the old town and has 13 air-conditioned classrooms, computer lab and an area where students can relax between classes.

Tenerife is the largest Canary island and its’ scenery is breath-taking.

With the Volcanic Mount Teide dominating the island it offers something different to the Balearic islands, and its’ location off the coast of Africa means the weather is almost always warm and sunny.

The school is located in Puerto de la Cruz, where the waters are clear and so it’s a popular place to scuba dive.

The botanical gardens are just 15 minutes’ walk away.

The school has air-conditioned, spacious classrooms, computers with free internet access, café and a lovely terrace where students can soak up the sun when their classes are finished.

Lanzarote, also located in the Canary islands has year-round warm weather just like its’ neighbours. Though it is smaller than Tenerife it also offers incredible scenery, with the Volcanic landscape of Timanfaya National Park.

The coastline is fantastic and Costa Teguise where the school is located is very popular with kite-surfers and surfers. This is a vibrant town with plenty of restaurants and bars and golden beaches.

The school is bright and airy and located just a short walk from the beach. Classes are small so students can make the most of their stay!

Well we hope that this has wet your appetite for some fantastic summer locations.
