Take a break from sightseeing or partying to sample dishes such as ‘tamales’ (which are like sandwiches) and ‘pan de yema’ (egg bread). Enjoy the sights and smells of local foods in one of the many traditional markets to be found in Oaxaca, Mexico’s culinary capital. All around Oaxaca lie scenic mountains and atop one of these peaks lies the monumental Zapotec city of Monte Albán, founded more than 2500 years ago!

Our school is housed within an attractive colonial building in the historical centre of the city. The school offers comfortable classrooms, free Internet access and a patio area where students relax and socialise between Spanish lessons.

No matter what your current language level, or how quickly you’d like to learn, our school is sure to have a course for you! If you want to study in a same-level group, you can take either 15 or 25 Spanish lessons per week. Group courses give you the chance to practice your language skills with peers. The maximum class size is just five students, so you’ll get to know your classmates really well and you’ll all receive plenty of personal attention from your teachers.

For a little more individual attention, why not supplement your group course with Private Spanish Lessons? Our school’s Combined courses consist of both group and individual tuition, allowing your teachers to dedicate more time to improving your language level.
